Our Story
Staff Hunter was built out of frustration with the way recruitment had always been done, slow processes, misaligned candidates, and fees that made no sense for what was actually delivered.
We built something different. A business that works the way a good hire should, straightforward, no ego, and genuinely focused on getting it right.
We work with tech companies at every stage, from fast-moving scaleups to established enterprises. We fit around how you work. Not the other way around.
Why Work With Us?
Because we're not a volume game.
We're not going to send you ten CVs and hope you do the filtering. We take the time up front to understand your team, your culture, and what a strong hire looks like in your world, then we go find that person.
Most of the candidates we place aren't actively job hunting. They're not sitting on Seek waiting to be found. We reach them through relationships built over years, and we bring them to you.
We hire across software engineering: backend, frontend, full stack, mobile, data, AI/ML, cloud, and security, as well as product, DevOps, and executive leadership, including CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and VPs.

Our Pricing
We don't take a percentage of salary. We think that model stopped making sense a long time ago.
Our pricing is flat, fair, and agreed before we start, so there are no awkward conversations at the end when an offer goes out.
